Become a Volunteer

Reach out and help!, Develop new skills!, Meet new friends!

Do you have a few hours to spare each week to volunteer?  Auxiliary members are wonderful, friendly people who are essential to our mission of raising money to assist with healthcare needs and in providing care and comfort to patients. We welcome volunteers from teens to seniors. There are a number of ways you can get involved with the Richmond Hospital/Healthcare Auxiliary.  You will have the satisfaction of helping your community and connecting with other volunteers while helping to raise much needed funds to enhance healthcare in Richmond.

At the hospital, our volunteers assist in areas as: ER, Surgical Day Care, Maternity, Cancer Clinic, Ambulatory, Diagnostic Imaging and Mammography and as Navigators. They make a difference to hundreds of people every day!  The Auxiliary also operates a Lottery Booth in the Hospital Lobby. At the Gift and Tuck Shops, our volunteers sell assortment of items for both patients and visitors.
